Steffany Aye founded Adoption & Beyond in 1998 and has been helping birth and adoptive parents through the adoption process ever since. As a parent adopting through the foster care system, she realized the many hurdles hopeful parents have to face on their adoption journey. Limited resources, lack of transparency, and heightened emotions are all making the adoption journey more difficult than it needs to be. As the founder of a licensed non-profit adoption agency Steffany has created a number of adoption services to serve both birth and adoptive families where they are at in the adoption journey.
