Terri Marcroft
Theresa (Terri) Marcroft is an adoptive Mom, entrepreneur, non-profit leader, and author. After decades helping Silicon Valley companies succeed, her first book, ‘The Path to Revenue, The Secret of Successful Tech Leaders’, shares key strategies with CEOs and CXOs of early-stage companies. Terri’s 22-year-old daughter is the love of her life. Marcroft founded Unplanned Good in 2010 to spread the word about open adoption as an option for women facing unplanned pregnancy. Her second book, on open adoption, is due out in late 2022. She holds a BS degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a master’s in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
